  • What is the length of your leases?

    The Woods of West Carmel is excited to offer 12-month lease terms during our construction phase. As the community grows, additional lease options may become available in the future to fit a variety of needs. 

  • What is your pet policy? Pet fees?

    We are thrilled to welcome your furry friends to our pet-friendly property! We understand that pets are part of the family, and we strive to make them feel right at home.  


     Our pet policy includes: 


    Pet Types: We happily accept both cats and dogs. 


    Pet Limit: Up to  2  pets per apartment. 


    Pet Fees: A non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet and a monthly pet rent of $30  per pet. 


     Certain breed restrictions may apply.  

  • What type of floor plans does The Woods of West Carmel offer?

    Our property features a range of floor plans, from 1 bedroom apartments to 3 bedroom apartments. We invite you to explore our apartment floor plans in person by scheduling a tour or by viewing our floor plan layouts online. 

  • Can residents pay rent online?

     Yes, residents can conveniently pay rent online through our secure resident portal! Our online payment system allows you to manage your rent payments with ease, whether you're at home or on the go. With a few simple clicks, you can: 


    • Make one-time rent payments 
    • Set up reoccurring payments 
    • View your payment history 

  • What school district is The Woods of West Carmel in?

    Our property is located within the highly regarded Zionsville and Carmel school districts. 

    Residents residing here have access to the below schools:  


    • Towne Meadow Elementary  
    • Eagle Elementary School 
    • Creekside Middle School 
    • Carmel High School

  • Do you require a credit check?

    Yes, The Woods of West Carmel requires a credit check. The credit check helps us evaluate applicants' financial stability and ability to meet lease obligations. For more information about the credit check and other application requirements, please contact our leasing office.  

  • What property fees does The Woods of West Carmel require?

    Our property does require an application fee, administration fee, and a security deposit.  


    • Application Fee: $70 per application 
    • Administrative Fee: $150 
    • Security Deposit: $500

  • What parking options does The Woods of West Carmel offer?

    Our property offers various parking options to accommodate residents' needs. 


    • Open Parking: Surface level parking is complimentary 
    • Garage parking: We have tuck under garages, tuck under with EV chargers, detached garages, and detached with EV chargers.
